About Me
I'm a Brooklyn-based instructional designer, eLearning developer, and former instructor. With over 14 years of experience in adult education, I design and develop engaging solution-oriented, outcome-based asynchronous, ILT and vILT training. As a lifelong learner (ask me what I'm currently studying!), I have enrolled in all kinds of courses and training, so I empathize with learners because I am one myself.
I use my extensive experience as a creator and learner to design effective solutions and engage learners.
Instructional Design
By collaborating and building relationships with subject matter experts, I examine the problem presented to me (or discover what it is) and draft a solution based on analyzing learners' gaps.
eLearning Development
I develop interactive and navigable courses created in D2L Brightspace, Articulate Storyline and Rise to engage learners as they progress through the course.
Learning Management Systems
I leverage my expertise in Moodle and D2L Brightspace for LMS migration and conversion, course cleanup/editing, and course creation.
